I really like the pillow made by Monica Solorio-Snow of Happy Zombie.
btw, all the quilts from the book are gorgeous!
    Thanks for the giveaway!

it’s a tough call between my girl Rita and Ashley, but I think the color of Ashley’s really puts it over the edge fantastic.

  6. on June 4, 2012 at 5:35 pm Sandie

They’re all really cool, but I loved it that Rashida took “flip and stitch” and made it round.

  7. on June 4, 2012 at 6:00 pm Ashley

I love Monica’s Medalion pillow! Or Ashley’s Medalion mini. I can’t wait to try that pattern

  8. on June 4, 2012 at 6:29 pm Jen L

Loved the pillow from happy zombie

  9. on June 4, 2012 at 6:33 pm Erin M.

I heart linen’s little round mat! That’s my favorite.

  10. on June 4, 2012 at 6:36 pm Hannah

That’s a tough choice. The quilt that Ashley (from Film in the Fridge) made was really neat, and I love that she was able to use up a lot of scraps for it, too. In general, it’s just been really neat to see so many different takes on all the projects and techniques in the book. Thanks for the giveaway!

  11. on June 4, 2012 at 6:56 pm Tiffany

I really loved Rashida’s round quilt. I can’t wait to try the flip and stitch triangles myself!

  12. on June 4, 2012 at 7:25 pm Jenny

Definitely the Fiesta wall quilt from Elizabeth Hartman! It’s fun seeing all the different projects and takes, and thinking about what I want to do. Thanks for the giveaway!

  13. on June 4, 2012 at 8:14 pm Anya

I just love what Blair ast Wise Craft did with the stitch and flip triangle technique. I love the individual circles!!

  14. on June 4, 2012 at 8:26 pm Jenelle

I really like Monica’s pillow and Ashley’s quilt projects. The Medallion design is one of my favorites from the (fantastic!!) book and I will surely be making my own. :) Thanks for the chance to win and congrats!

  15. on June 4, 2012 at 8:52 pm Valerie

I really liked Rashida’s Wee Nova -that scrappy binding was perfect with the technique. Although, truly, I liked them all:)

  16. on June 4, 2012 at 9:21 pm Kim

Love Oh Fransson’s Fiesta wall quilt!

  17. on June 4, 2012 at 9:30 pm beth lehman

I loved Amber’s version of the SuperNova!

  18. on June 4, 2012 at 10:04 pm Alice Porosanu

  19. on June 4, 2012 at 10:14 pm Amy C

Happy Zombie’s pillow using the swirling medallion is great!!! Love the gloves she was wearing – will have to try that trick with the non-slip grip!!! Would love to win – it looks like a great book :)

  20. on June 4, 2012 at 11:03 pm pennyguglie

Elizabeth Hartman’s version of the Fiesta wall hanging. Her pictures made it so amazing.

  21. on June 4, 2012 at 11:42 pm Lindsey F.

I was so inspired by all of them. If I had to pick a favorite, it would be Elizabeth’s Fiesta Wall Quilt.

  22. on June 5, 2012 at 12:04 am ara jane

there were some lovely projects, but i think i love rashida’s wee nova the most. i mean, it’s round!

  23. on June 5, 2012 at 12:36 am Alli

I love Ashley’s version of Swirling Medallion — I totally want to make one for myself! In the fabrics she used, too… FMF makes me happy! :)

  24. on June 5, 2012 at 12:51 am Nicole

    Loved Rashida’s circle quilt!

  25. on June 5, 2012 at 12:58 am jenny

i love amber’s take on Supernova! awesome stuff!!!

Love Rita’s interpretation of your Add it Up quilt!

  28. on June 5, 2012 at 2:54 am Jennie Bobbins

I’m going to say Rashida’s project was my fav out of all.

  29. on June 5, 2012 at 3:20 am Jill

Rita’s add it up quilt. I think I can do that.

  30. on June 5, 2012 at 8:11 am wordygirl

It is nearly impossible to choose, but I thought Rita’s quilt was the one that took your ideas and made it most her own.

  31. on June 5, 2012 at 9:19 am marg

Hard to pick but Ashley from Film in the fridge is lovely

  32. on June 5, 2012 at 9:21 am Diana

I loved Amber’s version of the SuperNova!

  33. on June 5, 2012 at 11:22 am Kate F.

I loved Elizabeth Harman’s version of the fiesta wall quilt. Then again, I may be biased because I love orange! All the projects were inspiring.

  34. on June 5, 2012 at 11:27 am Kim

I really liked Rashida’s little mat. Can’t wait to get my hands on this book…it looks very inspiring. Thanks for the giveaway.

  35. on June 5, 2012 at 12:24 pm Suzanne

I was pretty smitten by the projects on Ashley, Elizabeth and Monica’s blogs and found Kathy and Penny’s reviews to be two of my favorites.

  36. on June 5, 2012 at 12:46 pm Pattij

I really love the Fiesta wall quilt from Elizabeth Hartman! But a tough decision!

  37. on June 5, 2012 at 12:48 pm Deb

My favorite is definitely Ashley’s (Film in the Fridge) take on the Swirling Medallion quilt. I love everything she makes, but this is just gorgeous!

  38. on June 5, 2012 at 2:02 pm beachedlibrarian

Oh, wow. So many new blogs to follow. My favourite? It’s a toss up between Happy Zombie’s Swirling Medallion pillow and i heart linen’s round wonky triangle mat … though, I think I might love the mat just a teeny bit more. BTW, I bought this book recently – it’s fantastic and it’s great to see other people’s varietations on the designs.

  39. on June 5, 2012 at 2:38 pm Diana L

Swirling Medallion at Film in the Fridge. Beautiful use of Flea Market Fancy! Inspired now and don’t want to go to work…

  40. on June 5, 2012 at 2:42 pm TeresaB

So tough! Maybe Elizabeth Hartman’s version of the Fiesta quilt… but I loved Rashida’s round version of that project a LOT, too!!

  41. on June 5, 2012 at 2:55 pm Anne Rita

I loved Elizabeth Hartman’s version of the Fiesta Wall Quilt, however all the projects looked great!

    Thanks for the giveaway!

    Anne Rita

  42. on June 5, 2012 at 3:17 pm Cheryl Arkison

So, so happy for you and Jacquie! So proud and inspired. It was wonderful to see people who might not normally tackle improv, like Rita and Elizabeth embrace it and create something gorgeous.

  43. on June 5, 2012 at 3:23 pm Mims

i think monica’s pillow was my favorite, but it was really fun to see rita do something so different from her norm.

  44. on June 5, 2012 at 3:41 pm Faye

I think that the Slice & Dice quilt that Rita Hodge at Red Pepper Quilts made is really beautiful. I also loved seeing what everybody did with the reverse triangles, though — it looks like Blair Stocker’s quilt that we got to see a few blocks of is going to be wonderful!

  45. on June 5, 2012 at 3:41 pm Jane Bitz

I loved the quilts with the triangle flip technique, especially the sweet litte round mat on Rashida’s blog.
