You know those kind of cupboards that don’t reach the ceiling? The kind that has space for putting ‘collections.’ I’ve got those and I’ve been thinking for maybe…oh about 3 years that I should wash the stuff that I’ve collected up there. I’m sure Jefe would agree with me that it is a fine and carefully curated collection.
Today I did it, sort of.
I took down my Cathrineholm (total Goodwill score) and washed the grime that accumulates after years of living in a rental home that still for some unknown reason possesses the original oil furnace. Yeah, awesome.
After those I was done, and promptly inspired, or at least that’s my excuse, to make napkins from that cute fabric I got on my last trip to Stash in Columbia City that reminds me of these pots.
Hard to resist all that new Lizzy House and the Picnic Pals fabric, so I double sided them.
I love a quick project and it makes you feel so accomplished when you are procrastinating what you really should be doing.
I was highly productive in other realms today and even installed the newer operating system on my Mac, which is just awesome because now I have no clue how to move a page up or down and apparently my version of WORD isn’t compatible anymore so now I don’t have to finish those quilt descriptions for my show in March by tomorrow.
Have a great weekend!
